=14pxWhy do you wish to become Event staff? [Minimum 150 words]: Because I have been event planner on many servers and I wish to become it on this server. Why you may ask, I love to help people and plan things for people, I think with my events everyone will be happy because I was an event planner on big servers as The Cubics Gaming and Nox Networks. I like to create events were I am the leader of the event and I get to create it. Also I very well understand all the rules and the ulx commands. I am very good with building and designing in gmod as i have been staff on big servers and event planner.I am very loyal to my server that i am on or staff on. I love to work hard on things so I think this roll will be great for me. Unlike other people they will tryout and wont't try again if they don't get in, me I tryout until I get in because I am hardworking.

=14px What can your events bring to the server?: The main big thing my events can bring to the server People my events will bring players to play on the server. I have really well thought out events. I also get all of my friends on when I plan these events most of my friends love star wars and they love playing these rps. Once I become Event Planner I am gonna get all my friends on and I can plan a very good quality event.
=14pxHave you had any previous event staff experience? [If so, please state a maximum of 3 servers]: Like Ive said i have been event planner for Nox Networks TCG and Complex Gaming SWRP.
=14pxWhy should we choose you over other applicants?: I think you should choose me over anyone else because I am a hard working kid. I never give up, I am never mad, I know all my stuff, I have a lot of experience with building event planning and ulx commands, I have tons of heart towards this server one more thing I can get tons of players to play on this server in the upcoming events and the game.

=14pxA CT glitches out of spawn event during set up and has killed all the NPCs, forcing you to prolong the setup, what do you do?: I bring this minge into a sit talk to him and get a staff to ban him for a day or an hour. Even though that's a lot of hard work gone I don't like seeing people miss out on all the fun.
=14pxPlayers are criticizing your event for being boring and pointless. What is your response to this and how would you solve the issue?: My response is either "I would like to see what you could do" or "Just wait". How I would fix this is i wouldn't make the event bad or boring in the first place if my events are ever boring then I will immediately fix them or ask suggestions from other staff or players.
=14pxPlayers complete a portion of the event before you are finished with the next segment. What do you do?: I tell them to wait there for every one else because they rushed ahead and I block of the the second part of the event until I am done with the rest of the event. Because its there own fault for skipping through the event.[/color]

+1 I've seen him make events before. He's very talented at building and has lots of experience. He has 1,880 hours on record at the time of this comment. Will is also very mature, I know he is a kid but he is not annoying and is very calm.
