[Minimum 100 words]:I have been staff on servers such as UGR , Mushy , the highest rank i have achieved was admin , I enjoy helping the community and have spotted a few people who should be warned or kicked but staff aren't able to intervene because they're busy dealing with other situations so I reckon I could be a helping hand and be the extra member that can deal with these situations . I believe that i could spend a lot of time helping this server in downtime and such (because i have no life) . This community seems to be growing and in need of some new staff members to lend a helping hand .  What makes you stand out from other candidates? [Minimum 100 words]: As mentioned I have previous experience in being a staff member so I know how to deal and act in certain situations , Although i have a single warn (RDM) I have moved past that and have listened to orders and followed the rules and stayed out of trouble , Also I am very talkative so I am able to give imput on things such as how to grow the server or how to deal with minges and such . I also know when to listen and can take a step back and take advice from more experienced staff members (and obviously use that advice) . Also I am open to be criticized on the mistakes I make to help me improve .
