[Minimum 100 words]: I want to become staff in order to help people and ensure a good standard of RP in game to help this server grow. I do not have much experience as staff on gmod however I have been staff on many Arma 3 and Fivem roleplay servers, even becoming Head Admin on two of those. I believe that this is half the battle, as I have the right skills and mindset to be a staff member, so all I need to do is learn how to use those skills in gmod, I do know how to use ULX though so I'm not a complete noob, it's just i believe some guidance would go a long way. I am an eager and fast learner so I know that will not be too difficult for me. I am always willing to help out, be that in RP or OOC. I can approach situations in many different ways and I am good at taking control of tough situations. I want to become a staff member to help make the server a better place and help out the other staff members if they require it, especially if there aren't many staff on at that time. [Minimum 100 words]: As I have previously mentioned I have a lot of experience working in an Admin/Moderator role, I have knowledge of different types of rule breaks and the punishment for them and above all, I am a natural people person that enjoys helping people out. Although I am relatively new to this server I decided that I wanted to help this community in any way I can, and the best way I can see myself doing that is in the role of a staff member. I am a passionate, hardworking team player and I will always strive to be my best. Whilst I do have prior experience I know that I have much to learn and I have no problem taking instructions from those above me.
